Today I’d like to share with you something new that I’ve been working on for some time. Introducing McSoftServe, an emulator for the Taylor C713 soft-serve machines. The C713 is part of a line of soft-serve ice cream machines popularized by a well-known American fast food franchise. These machines are noted for their reliability, ease of use, and maintenance burden. Here’s the experience you can look forward to:

- A timing-accurate warming sequence.
